Lauren started at the age of 4 years and continued dancing throughout her life taking part in major competitions.

Lauren successfully auditioned for Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance and was part of that production for 8 years performing the lead role of Morrighan for most of that time.

Having attained a degree in Small Scale theatre and qualified as a teacher of Irish Dance, Lauren set up the Kent Academy.
